Call for Poster Sessions

Eastern New York-ACRL invites proposals for poster sessions at its Spring Conference, May 16, 2005 at The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. The theme of the Spring Conference is "Who Are Our Students?".  Poster sessions are informal presentations made during a 30 minute break after lunch. Possible topics may include, but are not limited to, those listed below.

HOW TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR A POSTER SESSION

The receipt deadline for proposals is April 7, 2005. Proposals received after this date may be considered if there is still available space for participation.

Proposals can be submitted via email, fax, or hard copy.
Proposals should include:

1. Title of poster session.
2. Author's or Authors' name(s).
3. Institution.
4. Contact information for author, including phone number, fax number, email, and mailing address (if there is more than one author, choose one person to be the contact).
5. Summary description of no more than 2-3 paragraphs.
6. State whether electricity and internet access is needed

ADDITIONAL CONFERENCE INFORMATION:

8:30am - 3:00pm
Where: College of Saint Rose, Albany, NY

Facilities: Poster sessions will be held in a conference room within the same building as the main session.

Presenters will be given free conference registration.
