Spring 2018 Conference Local Arrangements
Conference will take place at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, in JC Colgate Student Union.

List of local accommodations. Rooms are available at the Colgate Inn for $199/night (no discount available). The Wendt University Inn in Hamilton, where we have reserved a block of 10 rooms, is available at $95/night, a discounted rate for ENY/ACRL, so be sure to mention the organization when you make your reservation over the phone. The Days Inn in Canastota is the next lowest-cost option at $70/night. Questions about accommodations may be directed to Wendy Falls (wfalls@colgate.edu).
Parking information: Parking is available on Lally Lane or in the JC Colgate Lot between Case Library and JC Colgate building. Permits are NOT required, and parking is free.
Gender-neutral bathrooms:
- JC Colgate: One restroom outside Donovan’s Pub on the 1st floor, near mens restroom, is labeled as gender-neutral.
- Case Library has a gender-neutral bathroom on the 4th floor.
DIRECTIONS:
From 12B/Broad Street, turn onto College Street to enter campus. Take the first right turn to get onto Lally Lane. Parking is available all along Lally Lane on either side. Enter through the front entrance on the right. Go to the very back of the building and follow the hallway to the right to get to the stairs to the 2nd floor. The elevator is on the left.
Registration is located at the base of the stairs on the first floor of JCC.
Reserved disability parking spots are located at the corner of Lally Lane/College Street, as well as in the lower Library Lot between Case Library and JC Colgate. An ADA-compliant entrance is available in the back of JC Colgate, which leads directly to the elevator.
